Pre Delivery Inspection

Congratulations on purchase of a new home. It is closing in a matter of weeks and your builder has scheduled a PDI soon. This is a very important event where builders representative will orient you to your homes systems and functions as well as note the obvious defects.

PDI is required by TARION and must be done prior to the closing of your house. Certain items (especially damages), if not reported on PDI, are not considered warrantable from TARION’s perspective.

If you are unsure of your warranty rights or need an expert representation, I will help you with the PDI. I can also represent you if you are an investor and too busy to attend your PDI.
