The most affordable in the group. The inspection includes annual inspection of the home’s important equipment and function. We will provide information on regular maintenance and have a quick review of the functioning of your home’s mechanical, electrical, ventilation systems.

• Mechanical includes review of Main water valve, Furnace, HRV, ERV, Humidifier, Hot water tank and Air Conditioning
• Electrical includes review of Electric panel, Ground connection and Energy saving
• Ventilation includes Heating and Cooling delivery and distribution system, Air circulation and balancing, Exhaust (Kitchen, Dryer, Bathroom, HRV or ERV) and Inlet
